1. Drink Fluids. Your body needs water to transport oxygen to your cells, amongst other functions. Therefore, depriving yourself of suffiient fluids may lead to general fatigue.

TIP: Remind yourself that not every problem is a crisis. This will help you to relax and stay in control of your emotions.

3. Eat a series of small meals. Eating consistently - three small meals with healthy snacks in between - can aid in regulating your blood sugar levels. This will help you to avoid the highs and lows that occur when going too long without food.
TIP: Keep some healthy snacks with you throughout the day - though be careful not to snack too much!

4. Go outside. Studies show that spending time outdoors provides a boost by reducing stress hormones. Sunlight can also increase the body's production of serotonin, which lifts mood and increases energy.
TIP: Take a break and go outside. Enjoy the change of scenery, get some fresh air, or simply enjoy a good conversation with co-workers, friends, or loved ones.

5. Move around. The more active you are, the better your circulation tends to be. Proper circulation can play a key role in maximizing your energy production, since blood transports oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, brain, and so much more.
TIP: If you're one with a desk job, always try to get up about once an hour to keep your blood flowing. If you have the luxury of an active job, encourage those who are sedentary to move around with you!

5. I had fungus on my feet for years - until I sprayed a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water on them (especially the toes) every night and let dry.

6. Soak any infections or cuts in 3% peroxide for five to ten minutes several times a day. Gangrene that would not heal with any medicine, healed by soaking in peroxide.

7. Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water and keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic system like bleach or most other disinfectants will.

8. Tilt your head back and spray into nostrils with your 50/50 mixture whenever you have a cold or plugged sinus. It will "bubble" and help to kill the bacteria. Hold for a few minutes then blow your nose into tissue.

9. Put half a bottle of peroxide in your bath to help rid boils, fungus, or other skin infections.

10. If you have a terrible toothache and cannot get to a dentist right away, put a capful of 3% peroxide into your mouth and hold it for ten minutes several times a day. The pain will lessen greatly.

11. And of course, if you like a natural look to your hair, spray the 50/50 solution on your wet hair after a shower and comb it through. You will not have the peroxide burnt blonde hair like the hair dye packages, but more natural highlights if your hair is a light brown, faddish, or dirty blonde. It also lightens gradually so it's not a drastic change.

12.You can also add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load of whites in your laundry to whiten them. If there is blood on clothing, pour directly on the soiled spot. Let it sit for a minute, then rub and rinse with cold water. Repeat if necessary.

Lipstick stains happen because of an intimate moment, a friendly hug, or just turning the head wrong and touching the collar. However, rather than get frustrated, you can use various techniques for lipstick stain removal and have a clothing item as good as new.

As with most stains, you should try to work on the lipstick stain as quickly as possible for the best results. Sometimes, a lipstick stain may be noticed while dining out. In this case, you can excuse yourself to the restroom and with a hand towel, moisten it, and then dap at the stain. Although this will not make it disappear, it will lighten it until you get home and can treat it properly.

HOME REMEDIES FOR LIPSTICK STAIN REMOVAL
Before you do anything, check the label of the affected garment to determine the fabric. Since many shirts require special treatment such as dry clean, you may need to take the item directly to the professional. However, if the lipstick stain is noticed once you get home, start by creating a plan of attack. Keep in mind that lipstick is an oil-based cosmetic. Therefore, you want to use remedies that will combat the grease. First, we recommend you always use a pre-wash, which will definitely help. Start with alcohol, which works well. Do not rub, or you'll spread the mark. Simply take a clean, white cloth and moisten it with alcohol. Then, blot the lipstick stain, which will disappear. Another home remedy is dishwashing detergent such as Sunlight and Dawn, both formulated to fight grease. For this method of lipstick stain removal, dab on a little detergent, let it set for about 10 minutes, and then gently begin working on the stain from the outside edges inward. Another great home remedy for removing lipstick stains is ammonia. Just about everyone has ammonia at home for cleaning and if not, it can be found at any grocery store for just a few dollars. Again, start by blotting off as much of the stain as you can, using plain water. When done, use a cotton swab moistened with ammonia to dab at the stain. Once the stain begins to fade, wash the shirt by hand in warm soapy water, preferably using Dawn dishwashing detergent. Finally, hairspray is an old trick used by women (and men) for years. As long as the fabric will permit it, spray right onto the stain, and then let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes. In most cases, a clean cloth moistened with warm water is all you need to wipe the stain away. If your find this method of lipstick stain removal does not completely remove the stain, repeat and then wash by hand using Dawn or Sunlight.
